Pre-Order Cancellation

Certain FIXBOND products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the order is fulfilled by contacting CS@fixbond.com.

If a pre-order is cancelled and a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable order.

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order within the stated or communicated timeframe, we will notify the customer of the delay and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Pre-order availability and estimated fulfillment dates are subject to change. Customers will be notified of material changes affecting their order.
